Expert - Collaboration and Reporting | ||||
POSITION PURPOSE:
Role is responsible to support establishing a global Collaboration Framework for SSCDN/Enabling Functions/Countries in close cooperation with GTPM-Head Bangalore and global Collaboration Team. Along-side also responsible for structing KPI’s and reporting to management to facilitate decision-making.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support set-up and implementation of Collaboration Framework in SSCDN (including the implementation of a culture of error tolerance)
- Provide regular regional status updates for all escalated issues and implementation of a fit-for-purpose deviation resolution methodology and safeguards adherence to it
- Support Collaboration coordination between local SSC, countries and enabling functions
- Support Collaboration community activities like Collaboration Day, Survey, SSC specific activities etc.
- POC for SCBg to drive collaboration within center and across centers by effective coordination and networking
- Support and coordinate with global Collaboration team and technical team for target setup/design of EWS 2.0 (“new” Early Warning System)
- Support steering of target setup and adjustments for driving alignment for implementation
- Providing EWS 2.0 to stakeholders on a regular basis
WHO YOU ARE:
- Overall 6+ years’ experience in a Shared Service environment
- Experience in end to end operations of S2P/O2C/R2R vertical preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office applications
- Hands on experience in KPI inferences & reporting and Technical knowledge of KPI reporting
- Proven experience in managing multi region customers/diverse customer base
- Should be a self-directed, organized and resourceful
- Ability to understand the big picture of topics but also maintain focus on details
- Excellent analytical skills, self-driven & result Oriented
- Good communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders
- Logical reasoning, ability to draw interpretations basis metrics/dash-board
- Attention to Detail and be able to work effectively in ambiguous environment
- Ability to develop good relations with team members/stakeholders & Demonstrate Customer Centricity
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills are required
- Courage and Candor with high level of integrity
- Initiative & Foresight, should be highly agile & Quick Learner
