Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage End to End Sales & Marketing for Residential, Commercial projects across PAN India.
• Design, Develop & execute Sales & Marketing Strategy.
• Lead Generation & Sales Conversion.
• Follow-ups with the prospective clients
• Effective utilization of resource and optimization of Back End Resource of Lead Generation towards closures.
• Initiating Sales Promotion Activities, Participating in campaigns & events to showcase product.
• Meeting Clients, Briefing them on Project Details, Price, Site Visits and reviews.
• Good understanding of Branding, Promotions, Online Marketing & Portals of Property.
• Collecting market information about competitors and latest happenings.
• High Energy, go getter and a proactive personality.
• Excellent skills for Channel Sales and Channel Development.
• Shall possess Excellent Communication Skill in Hindi and English and Good presentation skills.
• Selected Resources will undergo Extensive Training.
• To monitor sales team performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.

Key Essentials:

Candidate must be having:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi language both.
• Freshers with good convincing ability and confidence level can also apply.
• Must be from Real estate background only.
• Multi - tasking and should have learning attitude.
