- Deliver Sales targets by managing distributors and associated dealers
- Strengthen distribution network by expanding retail base and opening new distributor wherever necessary
- Develop a list of top plumbers associated with the dealer and share it with BDI
- Maintain sales tracker distributor and dealer wise
- Sales planning distributor and dealer wise for the month/quarter/ year and timely tracking of it to take corrective actions
- Plan for new and replacement distributor to deliver agreed growth plan along with L2
- Establish and maintain healthy working relationship with sales network
- Maintain latest pricing offered by peers for the portfolio and highlights major gaps to be competitive in market
- Beat planning to efficiently cover the market at agreed frequency
- Expansion of Dealer network
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with 0-8 years of experience in sales
(Exp in Retail & Projects Sales will be preferred)
