Selections HR Services Actively looking out for IT & Non -IT Recruitment Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understand the requirement for various positions across
different domains
2. Hands on experience in End-to-End recruitment cycle.
Source qualified candidates, screen and schedule
interviews with hiring managers on telephonic/ walk-in/
video interviews.
3. Proactively create pipeline and candidate talent pools in
line with the project plans.
4. Ability to multi-task and manage various open roles at the
same time.

Job Specification:

1) Prior experience as a Headhunter
2) Excellent time-management and organizational skills
3) Ability to make sound decisions while working in a fast- paced environment
4) Must have experience using Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn etc).
5) Self-motivated and driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision.
6) Excellent communication

Total Experience 06 months to 5 years
