• Must have experience in handling recruitments from Non IT industry ( Automotive & Auto Ancillary, Engineering Services, General Manufacturing )
• Screening the candidates through telephonic conversation, for their communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment
• Interview Co-ordination and scheduling the short-listed resumes
• Independently handle all the given positions on the specific skills
• Maintaining daily interview status report, incoming resumes report through various sources.
