•Experience in Filing US-Drug master preparation
•Manage scale-up projects at kilo-lab/pilot plant scale level
•Trouble shooting during production
•Selection of new molecules for pipeline
•Ability to respond to regulatory agencies and customer’s within stipulated timelines
•Technically sound with ability to support third party manufacturing
•Vendor assessment and coordination to ensure consistent supply of starting materials
•Planning of annual targets, budget allocation and capex allocation.
•Conduct safety audits
•Leverage technical expertise and collaborate with cross functional teams (Business development, Marketing etc)

•Ability to generate ideas and use technical expertise to bring them to function.
•Creative problem solving ability, good communication skills, effective team player with ability to work on multiple projects
•Expertise in patent and literature search
•Proven efficiency with synthetic as well as analytical chemistry
•Ability to work on scale up activities and trouble shooting
•Good knowledge of Regulatory and ICH Guidelines
•Take accountability for defining the timelines for project milestones and strictly adhere to them during the progression of the project.
•PDR drafting and submission to QA

MSc. Organic chemistry / PhD: Organic Chemistry
