Key Roles:
Responsible for delivery of Talent management, L&D related functions across HFL and Key activities will include ,
L&D: Effective implementation and monitoring of Annual training calendar.
PMS: Handling end to end PMS from KRA setting to Appraisal review.
TM: Employee engagement initiatives, Talent pipeline programmes.
Reports: Data management, MIS, Presentations.
Prerequisites:
Behavioural Competencies: High on Energy, Self-Driven, High on Execution Excellence
Technical Skills: Very Good Communication skills, MS-Office & PPT skills
1-2 years of relevant working experiences in any Food/FMCG/Process industries are preferred.
Post graduate in Human Resources with good academic record in the age group of 23-26 yrs.
