• To verify monthly remittance of TDS for contractors, professional charges, rent, etc.
• To check the monthly remittance of the above set categories to government account.
• To enter the monthly data into the TDS software.
• To prepare the form 16 A for the above categories.
• To maintain the entire records and files of TDS for AHEL hospital division.
• To despatch the entire form 16 A and follow up till it reaches the parties.
• To participate and contribute to department quality initiatives.
• To be aware of departments performance and objective.
• To carryout data collection / support in data collection.
• To adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient and staff safety rules.
• To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
