ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform Internal and external audit.
• Regular feedback sessions to be conducted for agents.
• Should be able to conduct calibration session with both Operations and Quality
• Assistance for continual improvement
• Generating daily, weekly monthly quality reports
• Should have knowledge about 7 QC tools
• Able to handle internal and external rebuttals.

COMPETENCIES SKILLS

• Should be strong in RCM (knowledge of DME specialty is an advantage).
• Strong in communication
• Good in Excel and Quality reports
• Exposure in client audit will be an added advantage
