Event Planner-Manager

• Proven experience in planning several events.
• MBA or Degree in Events Management preferred.

• Candidate should have experience in planning and execution of events like stalls, exhibitions, road shows
• Should have known local vendors
• Candidate should be an immediate joiner
• Candidate Age should be upto 35.
• Candidate is Flexible for all shifts and as well as for traveling site to site.
• Freelance who is willing to work full time can be taken.

Roles and responsibility:

• Sourcing and Managing Vendors for Event Management based on the association needs. Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
• Manage all event co-ordinations.
• Should be experienced in selling ads, sourcing clients on b2b segments
• should have experience in selling exhibition stall booking.
• should have client service experience in handling different brands.
