1.SALES OFFICER
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through various channels
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
- Cross sell assets and fee products
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made
- Maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Should have good customer management skill
- Responsible for new customer acquisition and customer service
- The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, pleasing personality and self driven.

2.Branch Head
Job Description
To lead the overall business & operations of the branch through exceptional customer service, smooth flow of banking operations and transactions, cost management while ensuring compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines.
• Build and manage effective customer relationship with key customers of the branch ensuring superior customer service; advise them on making robust investment and financial decisions
• Formulate strategies to capitalize the existing market opportunities to meet the needs of the Branch Banking segment.
• Recommend marketing strategies and plans consistent with established goals in each product line and service and ensure implementation of the same on approval.
• Recommend products / variants to the organization to constantly improve the Banks competitive position in the market.
• Oversee and ensure that every employee in the branch is following the Compliance policies of the organization.
• Support the Audit team in ensuring they carry out their audit activities smoothly in the branch.
• Ensuring the branch maintains its Hygiene as per the quality standards of the organization.
• Develop annual operational sales plans in conjunction with Channel Head based on the overall targets and budgets and prioritize the overall efforts by service and allocation of resources.

Job Specification
• Retail branch banking experience of minimum 6 years in which branch handling is a must.
• Regular graduation (UG) mandatory.
• Banking operations & managing regulatory requirements.

3.Branch operation Manager
Job Description
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks
- Develop and enforce sound policies and structures for the growth of the company
- Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the banking operations team
- Oversee the processing of centralized loans and other banking activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
- Create and implement long term business plan to ensure continuity of business operations in the long run
- Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels
- Develop financial back up plans to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result in huge losses
- Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
- Delegate tasks to members of the operations team.
Required Candidate profile
- Profile Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline
- 3+ years of Branch Banking experience
- A flair for sales and operations is mandatory.
4. Gold loan Officer
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, etc.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes/policies - KYC adherence.
- To provide high-quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
- Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.
- Candidates with Gold Loan experience are preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)
- The candidate should have a flair for marketing & Sales
- He/ She should have a thorough knowledge of gold loan operation and sales with 1+ year of experience in Bank / NBFC
