Being part of the Vehicle Dynamics team, as a developer, you will gain a good understanding of End to End functions of sub-system, logical design of End to End functions, and develop embedded software working in a global environment.

- You will mainly do software design but also contribute to the team in carrying out requirement and sub-system verification tasks.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Development of Automotive ECUs and Sensor
- Gathering all technical specifications and preparation of technical Requirements document of the component.
- Prototype development and component validation.
- Product release for Concept, Development, and Industrialization for HW
- SW release activities for component implementation
- Addressing technical issues in coordination with the supplier and cross-functional team
- Preparation of Agreement Documentation and Leading technical discussion.
- Testing and interfacing the designed board with all available automotive ECU’s together with OEM application interface.
- Unit testing and diagnostic Testing
- Environmental testing of the diagnostic unit.
- Board bring-up and power up testing and interface communication testing.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TRAINING
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Automotive HMI components with LIN / CAN systems and associated Electrical / Electronic product development
- Cross-functional with Player mindset.
- Experience in the Component selection, Alternate part identification (with VE), and BOM preparation.
- Experience in the Worst-case Circuit level analysis, Logic compatibility and Circuit simulation, DRBFM/DFMEA.
- Having experience in Schematics capture/design.
- Experience in Board bring-up, DVT, and EMI/EMC compliance testing for various automotive products
- Hands-on Experience in handling hardware testing equipment
- Knowledge in C, VHDL, MATLAB
- Knowledge of ISO standard 26262, Functional Safety for development of Safety Functions is also a plus
- Knowledge of communication protocols like LIN, CAN, Ethernet, etc
- Knowledge on EE architecture, Sensor awareness, hardware component development process
- Strong experience at Vehicle Level.
- Vehicle level application knowledge, high-level requirements - breaking into component level requirements
- Extensive knowledge on writing/reviewing Validation requirements to define the durability/endurance of components.
- Basic knowledge of Data-driven management.
- Well versed with supplier development and supplier management
- Knowledge of Functional Safety is a plus.
