Responsibilities :
- Work with business development mangers and sales managers to define a competitive solution
- Creating competitive architecture for identified market segments and applications
- Identify key and competitive semiconductors products from Renesas portfolio.
- Creating competitive reference design boards to solve customer issues/needs
- Execution of system designs including block diagram generation, component identification and compiling a schematic, and testing of final solution board.
- Identify potential gaps in Renesas portfolio with respect to target market segments
- Collaboration with business development managers and product line personal to create smooth solution development cycle
- Creating informative presentations, tutorials, system related documents for potential customers and partners
- Become an expert on Renesas system solutions and demo at key conferences and events
- Maintaining meaningful relationship with internal teams as well as external partners
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience in working with analog and power semiconductor devices
- Working knowledge of MCU and system level expertise which includes full system solution including MCU and analog and power products
- Electronic system knowledge and ability to identify required products in a system
- Previous Field application engineer or application engineer experience is preferred
- Proven ability to lead and work in cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
