As an Engagement Manager in the Google Cloud Professional Services organization you are responsible for growth for the Professional Services Delivery Center business.
In this role, you will drive Professional Services growth and bookings, and increase participation at scale across the assigned portfolio. You will bring advanced experience to conversations with clients, supporting our customer’s strategic objectives and transformational business needs across Google Cloud. You will work with decision makers at Google and customers as a trusted advisor and partner.
You will work closely with Sales teams, regional Professional Services teams, and Google Cloud Partners on product and services strategy, customer engagement, and proposal development.

Responsibilities
- Create a portfolio strategy and execution plan for full participation across strategic customer segments.
- Partner with cross-functional Professional Services teams to develop integrated solutions for customers.
- Position Professional Services as a key differentiator to assist in customer transformation efforts.
- Work with Sales and Professional Services stakeholders to complete request for proposal responses and agreement development.
- Ensure customer projects are delivered efficiently across cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
