Work you’ll do:
As a People and Culture Communications specialist with the Marketing, Brand, and Communications team at Deloitte India, you will help position the organisation as an employer of choice amongst internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with others in the team to deliver innovative and vibrant communication campaigns to teams in the People and Culture domain: Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility
- Keep a track of campaign performance metrics and strive towards consistent improvements
- Research about best practices in the marketplace and how they can be adapted and implemented at Deloitte
- Contribute towards campaigns in other domains during peak times
Essentials:
- 1-3 years of relevant and progressive professional experience, preferably in HR communications, corporate communications, or employer brand building
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English, along with a flair for creative writing
- Passion for employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, CSR, and other people-centric domains
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong achievement orientation
Added advantage if you have:
- Creative writing proficiency in Hindi
- Proficiency in PowerPoint

- Eagerness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and skill sets to optimise quality and enhance learning
- Tact and people-skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders

Education:
- MA in English, or MBA in Marketing, or PG degree in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations/Advertising
