The INOPS TA Brand Program Manager will be responsible for evaluating, shaping, and amplifying the INOPS brand as an Employer. He/She will be responsible for building and executing the brand framework for INOPS TA, will oversee the marketing budget, develop and execute mass advertising campaigns across multiple channels to ensure a cohesive brand proposition. The Brand Program Manager will partner strategically with the WWOPS Programs brand team, central Amazon employer brand, internal communications and PR, business stakeholders, and external vendors to develop attraction campaigns and measure success. This role requires strong employer brand and recruitment marketing experience, analytics, reporting, budget planning, and writing experience. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong bias for action, thinks about long-term results, insists on the highest standards, is frugal, wants to learn, and delivers results.


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current perceptions among prospects across industries to identify strengths and opportunities for growth.
  • Raise interest and awareness of Amazon as a great place to work by highlighting our peculiar culture and builder-centric work environment, as well as other key differentiators that rise to the top based on research. Increase followers to reach a sizable portion which should be in line with the organizations reputation, impact and future talent requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create employer brand/recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Equip recruiters with the latest positioning, messaging, and marketing assets.
  • Create compelling content for Amazon.jobs, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Build employee advocacy and encourage Amazonians to promote the INOPS employer brand with their alumni groups
  • Communicate authentically and effectively to lead organizational change and rally support from internal stakeholders.
  • Retain and coordinate external creative vendors to assist in the execution and development of employer branding campaigns and assets.
  • Use data and testing to optimize and improve content and design for marketing programs and campaigns. Analyze and measure the activities using the right mix of sentimental and objective analysis, parameters include: Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Content Reach, Audience Engagement, Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Response Rate and Quality, Negative Feedback Measure results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Proven previous experience in Recruitment marketing
  • Experience in media planning and buying
  • Strong partnership skills and ability to work with global teams
  • Social media experience Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification in mass communication. Proven previous experience in Recruitment marketing.
