Roles and Responsibilities

1. Attend to the emergency calls assigned by the EROs.
2. Calling the operations executive for attendance updation.
3. Maintaining the PCR records.
4. Updating daily emergency operations data to the operations executives for records and report generation.
5. Provide Pre hospital care to the victim or patient. Also updating the PCR form.
6. Conferencing with Emergency Response Center Physician for taking medical directions in critical cases.(ERCP)
7. Demonstrating ambulance to enhance the awareness about JAES Group.
8. Responsible for handling the medical equipment.
9. Updating Operations Executive about required inventory (Medicines, oxygen, consumables & stationery)
10. Giving periodic information about number of Demos done, Volunteers enrolled to Operations executive.
11. Updation and maintenance of all records and registers given.
12. Up keeping of patient compartment.
13. Appropriate escalations in case of any unforeseen incidents like if any miscreants abuse our associates or cause any damage to our property.
14. Case closure should happen within the due time mentioned by your DM.
15. Participating in other marketing activities as planned by the Operations Executive.
16. In case of any audits done, EMT should inform District Manager about it immediately.
17. Should take the photographs of interesting cases and update DM appropriately.
18. Using the stretcher while handling patient is mutual responsibility of EMT and Pilot.
    

Desired Candidate Profile

12th /Bsc. -Biology /Nursing + Any Paramedical Course(ANM/GNM/D-Pharma/B-Pharma/MPW/DMLT + 01year experience in Hospital or Medical sector.
