What you’ll achieve

Manages teams of Inside sales managers and sales professionals responsible for overseeing and selling enterprise solutions including servers, storage, networking, backup and services. Represents, communicates and executes on specific sales, products and solutions strategies and programs


You will:

  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group .Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Manager of individual contributors and leaders who motivate and drive the inside sales organization to meet or exceed performance objectives through effective management of frontline sales managers and resources

  • Manages, through subordinate supervisors and leaders, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing Influences and participates in the quota setting process at the team/individual level. Coordinates operations and manages the relationship between inside and field sales personnel. Provides direction, development and inspiration to the team members in the organization

  • Understands the market, including our business/industry, our competitors and uses that knowledge to plan for the future. Understands the technology trends, is able to articulate the vision of the group and the organization to customers across verticals and geographies. Has a strong technical understanding of workloads and new age architectures

  • Drives superior customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs while ensuring the removal of barriers and driving strategic alignment in the group, responsible for overall quota.

  • Frequently helps in the development of reps by participating in call shadowing.

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Has experience managing multiple teams of sales reps and strong exposure to P&L management. Leads team´s business acumen and customer knowledge

  • Drives the strategy and sets priorities for inside team and actively participates and leads efforts to set focus of vertical/business representing the entire organization. Leads efforts to drive focus with cross business functions and leads efforts to drive business process improvement efforts for the entire organization. Carries the greatest amount of complexity and revenue responsibility in a segment/vertical

  • Expert understanding of complexities of the environment and works to solve complex business issues
