The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of managing Google Ads (PPC, Display, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, Performance Max, and Retargeting Ads) with proven high ROAS for campaigns. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Candidates must be creative, display "out of the box" thinking, and value having a direct impact on the success of the company.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute Search Engine Marketing Ads (Google and Bing)
- Expertise in Google Ads viz Search Ads, Display Ads, Responsive Ads, Video Ads,
Shopping Ads, Retargeting Ads and Google Merchant Centre.
- Deep understanding of social advertising platforms viz. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads,
Twitter Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.
- Grip on the latest SEO techniques for static as well as dynamic sites.
- Strong knowledge of On-page & Off-page optimization and analysing the existing
- website to discover new opportunities.
- Market Analysis, Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis based on industry.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine rankings.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Proficiency in GA4, Google AdWords, Google Search Console tools, and
- Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, Bidding Methods, Auctions, Quality Score etc
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to work for multiple industries and must have developed proven results for ecommerce websites.
- Drive customer growth and contributes to overall team success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable customer growth.
- Ad Copywriting skills & A/B testing and Multivariant Testing
- Core understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modelling including
Tags/pixels creations, conversion sets, and custom variables
- Sales generation experience through PPC, Display, Retargeting, Smart Ads, Performance Max Ads YouTube Ads and Shopping Ads

- 4 to 6 Years
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- B. TECH/ bachelors degree /MBA
