Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEM, PPC, email, social media and other aspects of digital media.

• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Set client program objectives and project timelines as part of the start-up process
• Implement programs/process to meet client objectives
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve client metrics
• Develop strategies that drive clients objective
• Supervise daily activities and deliverables
• Lead the Team of Junior and Trainees.
• Analyse marketing programs on a monthly basis and prepare findings to client contracts
• Advise best practice online marketing strategies to drive conversion rates
• Lead client strategy review sessions, internal and external start-up meetings
• Oversee all the activities for a given account to ensure client expectations are met

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 3 years plus of experience in digital marketing.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Proactive, take-charge attitude
• Demonstrated capacity for independent initiative
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience in a start-up environment a plus
• Experience working for an E-Com client a plus
