Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Extremely efficient in Google AdWords.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media and display advertising (Google AdWords Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Key Skills are Google AdWords, SMM, Email Marketing
- Your charter will include implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms/networks along with planning the campaigns with key stakeholders.
- Understand the campaign brief, arrive at quarterly media plan and target the buyer personas to meet KPIs.
- Work closely with client team and develop sharp targeted digital outreach programs using a mix of paid and owned marketing channels
- Analyze performance data, identify patterns, optimize campaigns and steer for continuous improvements
- Evaluate KPIs that affect our target audience and build an understanding of how they engage with different types of campaigns
- End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in customer acquisition journey and identify areas of improvement.
- Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all execution - through external agencies or internal teams
- Be heavily involved in ideation process along with the stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects of mid-market & enterprise targeted digital campaigns.
Qualification & Skills:
- Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, YouTube ads, SMM, SEO, Email Marketing

- Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Can create visual materials for websites and social media.
- Photoshop, animation and video editing skills would serve as added advantage
- BS/MS/BE or a Degree in marketing or a related field.
