Own the end-to-end talent match activities and governance for a vertical/s within a region as Europe and South Africa.
Responsibilities
• End-to-end Supply Management – supply forecasting & creating redeployment strategies, managing redeployments, making supply-demand matching decisions, driving internal seeding targets, redeployment Bench Management and optimizing bench costs
• Proactive vintage churn & Proactive Build
• Responsible to drive discussion & release of vintage talent
• Basis skill/band release – work Build for proactive, & demand-led upskilling of resources
• CTA metrics - driving traction and continuous rigor in employee profile updates, release date update, publishing metrics
• End-to-end Demand Fulfilment for confirmed demand & Demand Led Build
• Work on supply to ensure “internal first’ culture is driven
• Work with Hiring to ensure timely delivery of external positions
• Responsible to keep governance & regular dashboarding to business for overall demand. This includes calls & email dashboards and partner with BGC (background check), onboarding, PFSS, HR (Human Resources), Training, etc. to ensure demand is closed in time
• Provide visibility on demand fulfilment to Ops/Sales/Transitions, etc.
• Demand Forecasting (partner with Demand Planner)
• Work with Demand Planner to understand upcoming growth to agree internal/external mix. & To initiate any proactive Build or hiring bets related discussions
• People Leadership – lead 2/3 XYZs in Talent Match RUN, provide oversight, coaching, groom to become future business advisors
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Particularly good knowledge of Language English, min. C1.
• People Leadership
• High school degree / University in progress/ graduate
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Ability to be hardworking and to think “outside the box”.
• Excellent proven interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
