Job Details

Collate the data for Training Need Identification from PMS and other Sources

which includes patient feedback, department meetings, AOP, Strategic plan

Etc.

Prepare collation of Training Needs and consolidate to prepare Yearly

Calender

Prepare & Facilitate Training Budget in co-ordination with HR Head and

Regional L&D Head and provide to incorporate in Annual Budget Exercise

Monitor the Budget periodically, update actual budget from time to time to

monitor and ensure Training expenses are within the budget.

Work with HR Head and Regional L&D head to identify internal resources for

facilitating upcoming training programs.

Prepare the monthly Training calendar in co-ordination with HODs of the

department concerned and release at least one week before starting the

following month.

Communicate with department heads on program details for required

nominations.

Block the Venue and other training admn requirements as per plan

Work with Facilitators to co-ordiante and help them to prepare training module (if reqd)

Prepare Training material for the program to all participations

Facilitate /conduct soft skill training programs for the required participants

Ensure attendance taken and ensure attendance sheets and Program Evaluation forms taken in full and complete from all participants

Collate Training Evaluation of participant feedback on trainer and circulate to respective stake holders

Collate participants learnings from the program and circulate to respective HODs.

Visit to Floors to monitor and help employees to execute their learnings and correct appropriately.

Provide feedback to HODs on the gaps in their department and work with them for correcting their team members.

Co-ordinate with department supervisors to collect their program programs every week and collect their attendance sheets.

Monitor knowledge on Employee Rights and Patient Rights among employees and record the status. Also, conduct refresher programs if reqd on more gaps.

Update all soft skills and department training program details in Oracle, validate training details before confirming to SO

Co-ordinate with Nursing Educator on updating Nursing department programs and validate the correct details in the system.

Review the programs which is not being conducted in-house to nominate external sources.

Co-ordiante in registering for external programs which include program fees submission, logistics arrangement, completing attendance sheet, training evaluation etc.,

Update Training Programs conducted with Training Needs identified to plan for the next quarter along with monitoring completion.

Facilitate / co-ordiante with other seniors to have ISBs done as per plan.

Ensure the measurement of training effectiveness through periodical feedback from the HODs.

Conduct HR sessions as part of the induction for all the staff level new recruits to cover the HR policies (Day one / Periodical Induction). Ensure 100% coverage of all new joinees

Coordinate for Manager level inductions by making sure HODS give the required time for induction – Facilitating time /completion / feedback

Co-ordinate with HODs to monitor and help (if reqd) on their department Induction programs for the new joinee to settle down.

Be in touch with the new joinee to help for the initial days (if reqd)

Do the mock calls to see the effectiveness in patient care department to see the gaps during customer interface.

Work with Department supervisors to help them to improve in Performance Improvement Plan for their team member (if any)
