Job Description

  • Generate list of recommended participants for leadership assessment/development programs based on criteria established by the COE and vetted with Sector TM teams (ranging from individual participant lists to full and complete org hierarchy with custom fields).

  • Review list of participants with HR and COE contacts to ensure appropriate participants are selected by process (and exceptions are approved).

  • Clean list of participant data as needed to ensure accurate demographic information (e.g., Sector, Function, Manager, Active Employee Status).

  • Generate and send email reminders to participants and raters to ensure survey completion; must be able to do both broad-based and custom targeted reminders with multiple messages.

  • Generate and communicate status reports of participant/rater completion rates to applicable Sector HR, TM and COE teams.

  • Alert COE contacts to process exceptions requested and execute system adjustments / requirements as needed and authorized by COE contacts.

  • Provide basic program support to TM contacts and report all escalations to COE contacts.

  • Release program reports to participants, managers and applicable HRBPs based on process rollout reporting criteria/framework.

  • Schedule a high volume of interactive sessions, with multiple rounds, between TM program participants and TM COE and/or sector contacts

  • Ensure a consistent service delivery of TM services to global and sector contacts

  • Support implementing process improvements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Effective written and spoken communications to a range of levels and a broad network of contacts

  • 3+ years of experience supporting and executing TM programs in a large, complex, multi-national organization

  • University degree with HR or general business background

  • Knowledge of HR systems and employee data

  • Process excellence knowledge
