Roles and Responsibilities

Command the kitchen team, to operate the kitchen serving customers at the cafe, as well as through delivery services, and any associated tasks.

Liaise with the management for efficient procurement and planning

Offer innovation and dynamism in developing the menu

Desired Candidate Profile

Trained in hospitality or culinary school

At least 3 years of experience in the industry and currently or last held the role of DCDP or higher

Interested in leading a team to take ownership of the food service stack in a hospitality venture
