Your Responsibilities – What you will do

• Developing solutions, as part of sales process, to meet prospective client needs
• Collaborating with other sales professionals at IBM and Workday to generate and develop leads
• Leading pursuit teams from qualification through closure (including contract negotiation and execution)
• Meeting revenue targets as established by practice leadership
• Overseeing the successful delivery of projects with high customer satisfaction
• Leading a team of people while maximizing employee engagement.
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Create and deliver programme / project level documentation (i.e., strategy roadmaps / reports, project deliverables, etc)
• Drive task level project plans
• Ensure project is delivered on-time and on-budget
• Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for project / segment of the project
• Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts for complex programmes and implementations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall industry experience of 12+ years
• At least 5+ years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financial Management system / business process
• At least 5+ years experience in deploying Workday solutions
• Desired certifications: Workday HCM + Workday Project Management or Workday Engagement Management Certified, PMP
