• GRN - tracking & Ensure Make GRN As per invoices
• To track Moving - Non-Moving Material & Keep Update to Management
• Daily Dispatch Plan Share to Invoice teams & dispatch Team and ensure material dispatch as per Plan.
• To make Daily sales Plan & ensure 100% Achievement
• To track customer wise monthly dispatch
• To monitor Daily Dispatch Plan Vs. Actual compliance Status
• To Prepare Sales order as per customer PO
• To plan Monthly Sales as per Customer Schedule
• To Communicate with Customer for Dispatch & other activity handling.
• To schedule Monthly Customer Working.
• Making efforts to adhere to the customer schedule.
• Responsible For Customer Schedule compliance
• To set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve it
• To communicate with potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
• To track Payment as per DO date and ensure to arrange payment as per DO
