Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, willing to work in night shift.

Should have Excellent oral as well as written Communication skills
• Should have knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Should have good Time Management wherein he/she should be able to handle multiple tasks within the limited time frame
• Should be proactive in taking on more and more tasks and responsibilities
• Should be punctual for work and can work on any shifts
• To get trained and work on client-provided software for requested service
• 6 days working during peak time
• Should be comfortable working in US shifts
