Customer Service Representative/Call center/Dispatch Agent Fresher's job

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions,
• Follow-up tasks, dispatch, follow up current assignment, collecting feedback, and Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
• It will be a great plus if you already has some experience in a Trucking/ Dispatching.
• It will be great plus if you have knowledge on finding loads, negotiating the rate, booking the load, then coordinating with the driver throughout the load to ensure prompt and successful delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• US shift
