Job description

Candidates will be responsible for attending to inbound enquiries (30-50 inbound calls a day) from US customers who would be calling to inquire/purchase car parts such as engines, transmission and other parts and accessories.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of US B2C experience in inbound sales, outbound sales, inbound upselling or similar projects which require immaculate sales or convincing skills over the phone.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with neutral to as-close-as American accent.
• Knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft office tools is an added advantage.
• High process & sales orientation.
• Must be very good with numbers and muti-tasking.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated.
• Must be available to start within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your candidature.
