Customer Service Associate / Senior Customer Service Associate

1) MIS :


Roles and responsibilities will include formation of data sets while handling confidential data and working extensively on MS Excel.


Knowledge of Advanced Excel is required (Pivot table, VLookup, HLookup, Conditional Formatting etc. is a must)



2) Voice Process :

Roles and responsibilities may include credit collections (1st party / 3rd party) or providing customer support over voice and also fraud verification.

Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills in English are a mandate for the aforementioned role.

HSC freshers and Graduate freshers / with work experience can apply for this role.

3) Chat Process :

Roles and responsibilities may include providing customer support, solving customer queries, and improving customer experience through chat.

Good communication in English and fluent thought process is a mandate for the aforementioned role.

HSC freshers and Graduate freshers / with work experience can apply for this role.

4) Data Entry Process :

Roles and responsibilities may include data entry and data updation using Excel.

Basic English communication, Excel knowledge and 3rd ID (Voter ID/Passport/Driving License) is a mandate for the aforementioned role.

Only graduate freshers and graduates with 12 months documented experience can apply for this role as per business requirements.


Only US and UK rotational shifts are available. Immediate joiners required only.


Salary range between 15k-30k.


Preferred candidate profile


Only HSC freshers and B.Com/BBA/BFA/BBM/BMM/BII and BSc with prior experience into customer service is allowed to come to office for the interview.
