Customer support (International voice process)
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the customer service. They should be confident and maintaining existing customers. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective customers
Maintain consistent contact with existing customers
Manage customer satisfaction
Analyze and establish competitive solution to customer issue
Willing to work in night shift

Qualifications

Years in customer service/Freshers
Experience in customer service
Strong communication skills
Presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
