• The candidates should have rich experience in dealing with Allottees of properties/real estates.
• He/She should have minimum five years work experience in dealing with customers, drafting & issuing of Demand Letters to customers, Welcome Letters, Drafting & Issue of Builder-Buyer Agreements, arranging loan documents from customers, dealing with banks, File Management, Collection of payments and maintaining records in a systematic manner.
• The candidates should have knowledge of CRM Software. Female candidates shall be preferred.
• The candidates should have decent personality, well versed in English and drafting of letters.
• He/She should be hard-working and result-oriented. Only candidates who can focus on job need apply.
