• Provide information of Products / Services / Offers to customers.
• Customer centric approach in handling customer queries/ inbound calls/ outbound calls
• Understand customers service requirements and provide assistance
• Solve customers queries/concerns over the phone
• Should have basic knowledge on excel, service marketing
• Good Communication & Inter-personnel skills.
• Preferred CRE's with 1 year Car dealership experience
