Responsible for entire Front Office managemenT

Should be able to explain the Hospitals/Clinics/Doctors service, care and treatments to potential patients.
Should have health counseling skills and convincing skills.
Co-ordinate between the patient and doctor for treatment plan. - Receiving the New Patients and Receiving the New Patients OP, diverting them to the concerned Doctors
- Should handle In-bound and Out-Bound calls
- Follow-up of OP patients as per the schedule
- Regular monitoring of House Keeping, Office Boy and Security
- Should have knowledge in MS-Office(MS-Word, MS-Excel etc.,)
Good Command in Local Languages
Qualification: Any Graduate

Work Location: Kukatpally Housing Board, Hyderabad.

Experience: Min 1Year Experience
