Roles and Responsibilities
1. Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
2. Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships.
3. Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
4. Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
5. Comfortable in call handling and giving the solution on mail or on call.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. CRM , Sales etc) to address customers needs.
7. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues .
8. Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.
9. Comfortable in client handling directly or indirectly.
10. Able to handle front day to day desk operations.
