Customer Engineer, Public Sector, Google Workspace

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a sales engineer in cloud environments or in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with PaaS and SaaS technologies (i.e., collaboration tools, identity and access management (IAM), scripting).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or other technical fields.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies, in mobile device management, and relevant third-party integrations.
• Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management (IAM), SSO, OAuth, and two-step verification.
• Experience with data loss prevention (DLP), retention, and e-discovery technologies for email.
• Experience with data encryption at rest, in transit, and the different options of key management services.
• Experience with the government policy and regulation for the data residency and data sovereignty.
