Job Responsibilities: • Counselling the customers to help them take informed decision regarding their delinquent accounts, credit rating and financial wellbeing. • Outbound calling to customers which includes credit counselling and follow up. • Addressing customers' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. • Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines. • Provide great customer experience during each interaction. • Record details of enquiries, comment and action taken.
Requirement: • Graduate with Min. 1 year of experience in Tele-Collections (Domestic / International Voice Process). • Understanding of CIBIL, Credit Score, NPA, Delinquencies • Effective communication skills- English and Hindi • Basic MS Office Skills • Willingness to work in target-based role • Passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer service.
Working Window: Day Shifts (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM) 6 Days working excluding second Saturday
