Roles and Responsibilities
- Tracking of doctor advice for all patients in OPD.
- Follow up calls to patients advised for admission for conversion.
- Conversion from OPD to diagnostics.
- Daily & Weekly data sharing with Manager-FO on conversion and cases in pipeline.
- Confirmation Call to patient for appointment status
- OPD feedback Collection & Patient satisfaction improvement
- Managing queue in OPD for consultation
- Financial Counselling to patients for planned cases
- Assist patients in admission process
- Assist in IPD rounds with the consultant
- Coordinate with Consultant & MT for discharge summary preparation.
- Informing consultant about the cross referrals from IPD
- Appointments & meeting management of consultant
- Ensuring Doctors Availability in OPD
- Facilitating discharge process for the patient
- Coordination with patients in getting their Pac/OT clearance done before surgery
- Coordination with pharmacy in case of consignment items
- Coordination with OT and Bed Manager for blocking OT slot and bed for planned surgeries.
- Coordination with call centre for blocking the OPDs
- Coordination with front office about doctor non availability
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years experience as a coordinator in a reputed Hospital
