The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. Your Role and Responsibilities

  • As a CI Manager you would be responsible for identify and deliver improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
  • To work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment. Facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
  • To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
  • To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
  • To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
  • To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
  • To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Must have 10+yrs of Industry experience.
  • Having 5+yrs of experience in driving Continuous Improvement
  • Good understanding on F&A Domain
  • Must have the Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Strong Analytical & Communication Skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to influence decision-making
  • Ability to implement relevant solutions to situational problems or changes
  • Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Problem analysis and problem solving at both strategic and functional level


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to bring market and leading practice insights in F&A operations.
  • Preferred resources from ITES/BPO/KPO or Consulting industry with F&A CI and Automation experience.
