Responsible for managing entire application platform & application’s technical support for next gen cyber solution based on the best Azure native services. Would be managing all support activities between stakeholders & engineering team. Escalation points of contact for all support related activities.

  • Ability to manage team across the time zone
  • Working with multiple stakeholders with effective communication
  • Should be able to manage task priorities
  • Ability to manage application/product lifecycle
  • Should be able to generate periodic reports for project & team progress
  • Ability to work under pressure and critical timelines
  • Work with team to optimize platform/application performance
  • Should have knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Skill to manage all escalations effectively
  • Should have depth knowledge of Bigdata (Spark, data lake, Kafka, ELK), Data science & DevOps
  • Depth knowledge of Azure platform, services & components
  • Should have knowledge of overall system integration workings
  • Should have knowledge of AI & ML
  • Certifications: AZ 104 (Must Have), AZ 303, AZ 300
