Job description

The position is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment for IRIS-Corp.'s client companies.
Reporting to Delivery Head, the consultant/Sr. Consultant must be prepared to work independently and as part of a team in areas of recruiting.
Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
Work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
Social Media recruitment, headhunting, competitor mapping.

Looking for Highly skilled recruiting professional with expertise in hiring right talent. A Dynamic and self-motivated recruiting professional with 1-5 Yrs recruitment Exp.

Other Details:

Working Timings: 9AM -6PM,

2nd & 4th Saturday Off
