Essential Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in marketing, field marketing or other relevant marketing roles

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience activating 360 marketing campaigns spanning digital, radio, PR, in-store, etc.

  • Ability to work on own — a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Good management and relationship skills and high ability to influence in a matrix environment

  • Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs


Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience speaking/presenting to stakeholders

OVERVIEW

Organizational expert within defined subject area Integrates deep subject matter expertise with Industry experience, applies In-depth knowledge of professional standards and trends within area of expertise. Aligns Business goals and strategy, by understanding impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell and its customer. Individual needs to possess In-depth disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise, combined with In-depth understanding of company goals, customer requirements and knowledge of competitor practices.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Key accountabilities include being the Buyer Intelligence lead for APJ with four main areas of responsibility of leading Regional Engagement and Enablement on APJ In-Quarter Buyers (IQB). This would include goal planning, cascading the weekly RTB package, supporting Exec reviews, and providing detailed adhoc analytics to enable sustainable growth of Buyer Base for the earmarked products within a segment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Influences executive management regarding appropriate actions regarding the segment LOB plans from a Buyer Base lens
  • Utilizes knowledge of all product lines within a segment to create and manage product launch and transition plans.
  • Manages product IQB plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle and builds buyer demand generation plan for earmarked products within a segment.
  • Analyzes gaps to plan and evaluates impact to financial targets.
  • Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives
  • Organizational expert within defined subject area and integrates deep subject matter expertise with :

- Industry experience to understand buying behavior and cycles for different products

- In-depth knowledge of analyzing historical date and trends within area of expertise

- Translate business goals and strategy into buyer outcomes

  • Leads large projects within the group and at times leads cross-functional project with scope of customer intelligence
  • Presents recommendations to senior management team

Eventually drives market share goals for the segment – both Unit and Revenue
