Compliance Executive
1. Understand the process of compliance within the parameters of the organisation and stay up to date with the latest regulatory/framework amendments/requirements.
2. Verify with Professional bodies (NMC, GMC, HCPC) to ensure that candidates are authorised to work before commencing compliance process.
3. Managing pre-employment examining process including obtaining important checks in a well organised and a timely manner before the expected start date.
4. Monitoring daily reports to track any compliance documentation that Is due to expire and ensuring timely renewal of the candidates records and documents.
5. Monitoring trainee compliance officers performance and provide training to maximise performance.
6. Ensuring that all the candidates’ original documents are validated and verified at the point of registration as per the compliance framework defined by NHS regulations, framework agreements, and company procedures. Further, actively liaising with candidates with regards to their pending documents, if any, in order to facilitate smooth running of the process.
7. Work closely with external organisations, candidates, and sales consultants within the organisation to ensure that all key stakeholders are actively involved and aware of any outstanding compliance issues and keeping the data base/tracker up to date.
8. Create and maintain documents relating to compliance of all candidates on CRM system - ensuring all candidates files are in line with the framework standards for internal and external auditing.
9. Schedule and coordinate mandatory trainings for the candidates as and when required, ensuring that this does not fall out of compliance, and addressing training related queries both in person and on the phone.
10. Ensure that all candidate information is logged on to the recruitment portal/CRM
11. Create, develop and maintain good professional working relationships with candidates and co-workers.
12. Liaise with the Resourcing and Compliance officers and Consultants in carrying out day to day tasks including maintaining an optimal filing system for internal and external audits and make sure all candidates’ files are 100% ready for audits.
13. Provide support and assistance to team leader and managers and carry out general administrative duties as directed especially during the time of audit.
14. Responsible for engaging each candidate during their compliance process and actively work to minimise the risk of losing candidates during this time.
15. Assisting the compliance manager with additional tasks assigned by the compliance manager as and when need arises.
16. Implementing changes in the compliance procedure as and when instructed by the compliance manager
