Roles and Responsibilities

1. All matters related to processing for order acceptance, invoicing, receivables, handling customer claims, reconciliations and dispatch (supply chain) parameters etc. .

2. Processes for purchase intendents, material receipts and processing of invoices etc.

3. Creation of Customer codes. .

4. Weekly/Monthly MIS in relation to Orders/Dispatches/Collections

5. Reconciliation of Party Accounts

6. Obtaining periodical confirmation of balances from Customers

7. Preparation of Realization Statements

8. All matters related to Weights & Measures

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate with 1 year experience in Commercial activities like Order Booking, Fixing of Credit Limits and Collections.
