Immediate Opening For Collection and Recovery Agents For Leading Banking Process

Roles and Responsibilities

• Convincing the customer for the assigned recovery.
• Handling transactions, recovering the Debt, Maintaining the recovery data.
• This position is responsible for day-to-day operations.
• Work timings will be 9 am - 6 pm.
• 6 days working, one-day rotational week-off.

Required Candidate profile

1. Should have good verbal communication skills and bold nature.
2. Should be able to convince the customers and recover the debt.
3. Should know English + two or more South Indian Languages.
4. Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Language skill set preferred.
5. Immediate joiners are preferred.
6. Freshers are welcomed and a higher preference for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in any relevant field.
7. Work location Richmond Road, Bangalore.
8. Age Limit: 18-30.
9. DRA-certified people are preferred.
10. Minimum Qualification- 12th pass or higher. (Graduates with backlogs are also considerable)
