Purpose of Job:

• To collect payments with the customer/bank/client as per payment terms & conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining relationships with customers through CRM systems,
• Prepare property-related documents and agreements i.e. NOC, Demand Letters, possession letters, master file/DVD sale deed & agreement to sales etc. for the loan process,
• Setting up monthly collection targets and ensure to meet the planned collection,
• Coordinating with banks/ respective persons for loan disbursement,
• Ensure proper documentation as per standard practice,
• Ensure total customer satisfaction from Booking to Possession
• Possession line up, coordination possession-related queries to respective departments.
• Providing details about the ongoing progress of the project.
• Coordinating with the respective departments and resolve issues
• Planning and setting up daily tasks for executives and ensuring timely completion of the same.
• Presenting the various MIS to the management
• Suggest new methods to address customers needs
• Focusing on timely payment collection by the customer/bank/client.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have minimum experience of 2 years in Collection in Real Estate
• Knowledge of customer life cycle process in the Real estate industry.
• Tech-savvy and system-oriented
• Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
• Patience and resilience.
