Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact the Debtor through phone and discuss the matter regarding due payments to our clients
• Communicating well and respectfully with customers
• Understand the customers problem and give proper solution
• Noting important details of each conversation
• Conduct negotiations with debtors to fix terms and conditions for payment of receivables
• Need to achieve collection target of customers

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to handle pressure and meet desired targets
• Flexibility to work with rotational shifts(day shifts only), timings and week offs
• Effective communication with customers
• Minimum 10+2 & above candidates can apply for the role
• Candidate should be between 18 Yrs. 30 Yrs. of age
