• Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean and sanitized
• Prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu
• Maintain personal grooming
• To work with fellow workers effectively and harmoniously
• Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods and ensure the quality of goods delivered by suppliers
• Estimate food consumption to schedule purchases and requisition of raw materials.
• Performs any other duties as directed by the Executive Chef
