The Roles and responsibilities of the accountant are as follows:

The person has up to date knowledge on GST, CUSTOM and Import Matter. Professional knowledge of banking (limits and Appraisals).The person should know about insurance and taxations is desirable. Payment scheduling and debtors management would be routine work to be followed up. Reconciliation of account receivables and accounts payable. Prepare customer ageing and follow up for payment as per payment schedule. Account reconciliation of Customers, Suppliers and Vendors and payment settlement. MIS, Reporting and coordination. Maintain all necessary files and records accurately. Budget preparation, Variance analysis and Controlling. GST Working, monthly analysis and tax payment. Co-ordination with the organizations auditors for balance sheet finalization, resolve queries, and other matters. End to end process of Purchase management (PO, payment, delivery coordination)Tax invoice preparation under GST, issuing e-way bill and relevant documents. General Accounting, data entry & compilation documentation and reports making. Day to day accounting with monthly closures. Tax Computation, ITR preparation, ITR filing and ROC documents filing work. Preparation of Running Bills under a work contract. TDS calculation and tax payments.
